I’m not knitting, that’s what. I’m also not doing laundry or playing with my sweet Bella, who is staring at me with green saucer eyes as I write.
Until I started typing just now, writing was the opportunity cost. It fell out of my workbasket, displaced by busy workdays, preliminary wedding planning for a family member, and knitting my grand-niece’s blanket. I wrote about the blanket earlier, and I’ve made some good headway - loving both the process and the product.

And so, while I’ve been writing, the sun has been getting close to setting, the knitting hasn’t progressed, Bella gave up and went to sleep, and I still haven’t spent any time outside. As such, I will end here. Consider this a quick hello and a fond goodbye for now.
Opportunity costs.
Peace and love to all.
